Office cubicles have been around since the 1960s. No longer are they dull grey boxes of conformity. Color, fabric, panel height, adjustable height desk, data connection, even storage batteries to overcome a power outage, are among your options today.

The size of your cubicles is dictated by your floor space and the number of people who will be working there. Panel heights range from 32” to 80”. Panel lengths typically run from 24” to 60” in 6” increments. Glass “stacker” up to 12” can be added on top. Enclosed or open overhead storage is a option where appropriate. Depending on local building codes, aisle-ways need to be 36” to 42”.

 

Some office layouts use a mixture of cubes for privacy and better concentration with open plans that encourage collaboration. An accurate measurement or a cad file is imperative, especially if you are fitting the maximum number of cubicles into a finite space. We provide layouts as part of the process.
